Located between Kips Bay and Gramercy Park, this bright studio apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the Big Apple. Filled with light from the tall windows, you’ll wake up feeling refreshed after a blissful night’s sleep on the memory foam bed, ready for a day of adventure. Once you've enjoyed a relaxing shower in the fire-engine red bathroom, kick back on the tangerine-hued sofa with your morning coffee and locally bought bagel from one of the nearby 24-hour delis while catching up on the morning’s news. If you have work to catch up on, there's a cosy desk space framed by an exposed brick wall, but with so much to see and do in the area, we recommend heading straight out to explore. The Flatiron Building is a ten-minute walk away, while Madison Square Park is walkable in eight. Union Square, the Empire State Building and the East Village are also all under twenty minutes from your home, while countless bars, restaurants and shops wait to be discovered right outside your door.

About Kips Bay
Kips Bay is a mainly residential neighbourhood, moments away from the rush of Midtown, which has lovely waterfront views across to Brooklyn and Queens. The neighbourhood combines historic brick townhouses with new high-rise apartments, and is home to some of the country's best hospitals - a good neighbourhood for the hypochondriacs amongst you perhaps? Some people accuse it of being non-descript and, it's true, it's definitely not going to win...
