Set in Beverly Crest, an exclusive area known as 'the balcony of Beverly Hills', this 1930s home has been modernised to create a smart and sleek new look. Neutral tones bring a sense of calm the moment you walk into the impressive, double-height entrance hall, and the living room is filled with light thanks to French doors to three sides, while a vast dining room seats up to fourteen. The contemporary kitchen makes cooking at home a breeze but you may choose to light the barbecue and eat out on the terrace. Out here you'll also spot a private pool and hot tub, a range of daybeds and sun loungers, manicured lawns and a fire pit surrounded by cosy sofas.
