Set in the charming Provençal community of Sanary-sur-Mer, this home is only a short walk from the Côte d'Azur coastline. Comfortable and homely, the bright and breezy living area is just the ticket after a long day in the sun. Open a bottle of French rosé and soak up the last of the evening's rays on the patio, where you can share an alfresco meal at the outdoor table or relax on the cosy lawn chairs with a good book. Day or night, it's a sweet spot to relax. When you're ready for a beach day, pebbly Plage de Beaucours is just a ten-minute walk, while the sandy shores of Plage du Lido are a five-minute drive away. Sanary is full of character and steeped in history – traditional fishing boats bob in the harbour and local fishermen sell their wares at the market each morning. But if you don't feel like cooking, head into town and enjoy the catch of the day at a seaside restaurant as the sun goes down.
