Live in the heart of the cool aspirational atmosphere of Williamsburg. Your hosts hired esteemed interior designer Garrow Kedigian to decorate this home, briefing him to create a dual-purpose space for work and play. Throughout the house, you'll find four Rove workstations, ergonomic Herman Miller Aeron office chairs, electric standing desks, 4k monitors, and a whiteboard for group brainstorming sessions. However, that's not to say this place feels like an office. There are plenty of homely touches and high design including an incredible kitchen with brushed gold splashback, an adjacent dining area with a wall-mounted bicycle, and individually decorated bedrooms with luxurious Garnier-Thiebaut bedding, so everyone in the party can pick out a room to match their taste. While Williamsburg may no longer be the city's bohemian enclave, walk a mile south or east, and you'll come across plenty of evidence in the family-owned businesses, long-standing establishments and neighbourhood dive bars. Alternatively, stroll along the pedestrianised stretch of Berry Street or the adjacent Bedford Avenue, a mile to the west, for Michelin-starred dining to rival anything you'll find in Manhattan.
