More a way of life than a holiday home, this unique stay offers a wealth of outdoor activities and add-on experiences. Aimed at families who like to get out into the fresh air, it's a fabulous country house in an idyllic rural setting. Right on the River Avon, it's the perfect spot for wild swimming with a rope swing and river plunge pool in the garden. Set in its own pretty grounds, the rustic farmhouse can trace its roots back to the 12th century and has plenty of character. Stone floors, oak beams and fireplaces are topped off with comfy furnishings and a lived-in, home from home feel. We love the living room with its exposed stone wall and cosy sofas around the fire. Bedrooms are all of a good size and even the bathrooms are stylish. Ideal for a large family group, you can cook meals in the country kitchen and serve them at the huge dining table, or barbecue outside on the Argentinian grill on warmer evenings.
