Despite being located in the thriving central-western district of Shepherds Bush – a real sense of suburbia greets you as you step foot in this family home. Balancing classic English character with contemporary comforts, you'll not only benefit from vast amounts of space but you'll lap up the experience of staying in a quintessential English house that would usually be found in a much more suburban area. As you enter the home, an open view covers the entire ground floor and looks out onto a manicured garden at the back of the house. Bi-fold doors open up completely from the kitchen through to the garden, allowing for an indoor/outdoor living space to be enjoyed when the weather is warm. Fire up the barbecue and enjoy the greenery on a sunny afternoon with a refreshing drink in hand. If the weather isn't permitting for a tipple outside (as let's face it, there's always the chance of rain in England), then gather around the grand kitchen island for a group cooking session or aperitif while the designated chef gets to work. With plenty of books, children's toys and the home's very own kids room – this place is the perfect spot for families or groups of friends who plan on bringing their little ones with them. Situated just a fifteen-minute walk away from Shepherds Bush Market, which brings a great sense of local community, incredible food and years of traditions – you'll be in the heart of the action in this central area of London. If shopping is your therapy on a rainy day, head to the Westfield shopping centre, located just over a mile away, as it boasts an array of designer boutiques, high street stores and a multicultural food court.

Now an exciting area of regeneration, the district consists predominantly of low-rise residences and the mammoth Westfield Centre. With its extensive selection of high street and high-end stores, you won’t...
