Just twenty-six miles off the coast of California, Catalina is the kind of place where you can forget about the real world and just take it easy for a while. And at this villa, it's impossible to forget just where you are – thanks to amazing sea views and a wraparound balcony. This home is part of a luxurious seafront community called Hamilton Cove and shares some pretty incredible amenities. If you feel like a swim, just head down to the communal pool, or if it's some golf you fancy, there's an 18-hole putting green. Add in things like a gym, tennis courts, sandy volleyball court and a croquet green, and there's bound to be something to fill your leisurely days. Or just head to the beach – it's just minutes away. The home itself has a breezy, coastal theme with vaulted ceilings and sea views from every room. Tiled floors keep the place cool and lead out from French doors to the balcony – a place to sit back at any time of day and just drink the views in.
