While it may be just off of Portobello Road – famed for its huge antique market – this bright apartment is all about contemporary class and modern comfort. From its tall ceilings to its wood floors and plump blue sofas framing an ornamental fireplace, there’s a feeling of laid-back chicness to this home’s living room that feels effortlessly West London. We love the characterful poster prints on the walls and the guitar that’s primed for an evening jam session, while the kitchen’s white cabinetry against the exposed brick wall has a cool industrial loft vibe to it. The two bedrooms (one of which is on a separate floor for added privacy) are minimalist yet comfortable, with large windows allowing plenty of natural light to shine through. This home’s best spot, however, is undeniably the private rooftop terrace. Sit here with your morning coffee or with evening drinks at sunset, taking in the view over Notting Hill’s rooftops. When you’re not hanging out in your stylish home, go out shopping for antiques at Portobello Market (a one-minute walk), take a stroll through leafy Holland Park (fifteen minutes on foot) or visit beautiful Kensington Palace and Gardens, a thirty-minute stroll from your... door.
