For a taste of the Mediterranean good life, Sunny Isles Beach is as close as you can get without crossing the Atlantic. Located on a laid-back, casual barrier island between the ocean and the Intracoastal, this modern home is the perfect base for exploring everything that Sunny Isles and South Florida has to offer. The interior gives off relaxing beachside vibes, with wicker chairs, a sculptural wooden coffee table and aquatic-themed artwork. The bedrooms are simple, minimalist spaces that make it easy to switch off at the end of the day. All are blessed with plenty of natural light, while one room even enjoys direct access to the balcony. Head up to the roof for endless views of the ocean and Sunny Isles skyline as you swim in the pool. Then, walk across the street to the white-sand beach for a family-friendly day out, or drive half an hour north to Fort Lauderdale or south to Miami for more of a party atmosphere.
