Cosy, central and comfortable, this cottage is the ideal stay for a family or group of friends looking to holiday in Southwold. With its mix of original red brick features and modern comforts, it promises a lovely and relaxed base in the heart of town. Fix meals in the sparkling kitchen to enjoy at the family-sized wooden table, bring morning coffees outside to the little courtyard and drink wine around the blazing wood burner in the evenings. Then gather around for a game night before getting snug under floral sheets at the end of the day. The first bedroom features a view of Bartholomew Green and St Edmunds Church, just a minutes’ walk from home. You’ll be less than a five minutes’ walk from the town’s pubs, restaurants and fish & chip shops. Plus, the sandy beach is just a nine-minute walk from home along the upper promenade. During the summer, a nearby footpath can take you down to the harbour to catch the foot ferry to Walberswick.
