Surrounded by a carefully arranged moat of lavender and with views of rolling Suffolk countryside, this rural retreat's terrace is truly idyllic. There's plenty of seating and a barbecue for hosting a large get-together and if the weather stops playing ball, that's no problem — simply take to the covered barn where there's even more seating, as well as a bar and fire pit so you can continue festivities long into the evening. With outdoor space this spectacular, you might think that the interior will be underwhelming by comparison, but somehow that's not the case here. With bold artwork adorning the walls and vintage trinkets aplenty — including a drinks trolley — it overflows with character. Surrounding the property is miles and miles of gorgeous countryside that's begging for long walks punctuated only by stops at sleepy village pubs. Then, it's coming back home and getting snuggly around the roaring wood burner.
