Set down a private drive, away from the main farmhouse, this converted barn is on a working farm in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. With its own gardens and a pretty covered deck for barbecues and alfresco meals, this home is perfect for larger family groups who appreciate the great outdoors. From the living room window, youngsters can watch the coming and going of the tractor, while upstairs offers views across the paddocks where the horses and ponies roam. Character features include a vast, double-height living space, huge oak beams and a wall of windows, while a log burner and warm wood flooring add to the cosy feel. Outside, you'll have use of the owners' tennis court as well as their heated outdoor swimming pool on certain days. Walk the miles of footpaths across the farm or arrange to bring your own horse on holiday with you. Less than a half-hour drive from the pretty seaside town of Southwold, and a twelve-minute drive from Bungay, there's plenty to see and do nearby.
