Nestled on the South Gower Peninsula in the village setting of Caswell Bay, step inside this humble home for a holiday by the sea, including all the home comforts and luxurious touches needed to let go and unwind completely. As you enter the large and welcoming entrance hall, you'll first notice the full-width glass block wall, leather armchair and padded window seats. From there, the living room and kitchen/ dining areas invite you to stretch out in style. Get cosy with your feet up in the living room as the huge corner sofa provides enough seating for everyone to gather around for a movie night in or sports match on the telly. French doors in the living room create a smooth transition to outdoor living as they lead out onto the veranda, where yet another corner sofa with room for ten people sits on the raised patio. Light up the chimenea and get toasty on warm summer's evening in the garden. The space outside offers the perfect setting for a large group gathering accompanied involving good food and drink. Serve up some cocktails under the roofed veranda bar area while the barbecue smokes up, ready for a feast, while the kids play on the lawn where there's plenty of space for a kick around or garden games. Back in the house, the generously sized contemporary kitchen is sure to satisfy all of your culinary desires. And you'll have access to your very own music room featuring an electric drum kit and a digital piano (don't worry – it can be linked to silent headphone play if required). When it's time for some "me time", head upstairs to one of the spa-like bathrooms for some pampering and a soak in the jacuzzi bathtub before heading to bed for a blissful night's sleep in pure cosiness.

About The Gower Peninsula

When it comes to Britain’s best beaches, the Gower takes some beating. Rhossilli’s mantlepiece must be sagging with all the gongs it's received over the years. And there are many more – equally lovely – sandy spots to while away your days or get your heart racing on this 19-mile long peninsula. This is a surfing hotspot, particularly the breaks at Llangennith and Langland, and a haven for family holidays....
