Just minutes from the Louvre, you're in the heart of Paris' art district at this vibrant pad. Full of eclectic artwork, colour and fruitful decor, it's a lovely space to unwind after a day spent wandering museums and art galleries nearby. While the statement pieces add interest, we love the original features that give off a classic look. Set in a typical period building with high ceilings and large windows that open up completely onto the wrought-iron rails of the Juliet – watch how the world goes by in this lively part of the city below. Light pours into the open-plan living space, creating a bright and airy spot to put your feet up with a good book in hand. There's a modern kitchen and a sleek breakfast bar if you're cooking at home, but we think you'll be exploring the array of great eateries nearby most evenings. With three metro stations within five minutes walking distance, you'll have easy access to the rest of the city of love. But if you don't fancy venturing too far afield, take a leafy stroll through the delightful Tuileries Garden nearby or head to Musée d'Orsay, under a twenty-minute walk away, for an excellent sculpture display.

About Louvre - Palais Royal
Where to begin with one of Paris's most majestic and central districts? This was the stomping ground of historic kings, and now its grand palaces and squares are home to museums, galleries, government offices, and luxury shopping. With no fewer than three Royal palaces, the attractions are plentiful in this neck of the woods. If checking out the Mona Lisa with throngs of tourists isn't your thing, we recommend exploring some of the area's quieter hidden gems. Colonnes de Burennes has a gorgeous secret square and Alain Ducasse's world-famous French restaurant 'Le Meurice' is just around the corner.
