You’ll find this LA home in the Bird Streets, just above Sunset Strip. A ten-minute walk (or two-minute drive) sees you on Sunset Boulevard where boutiques and restaurants sit between theatres and live music venues. Though you may not need to leave the comfort of your home as there’s plenty to entertain you on-site. The garden is a series of stepped terraces, hanging off the hillside and offering a beautiful cityscape view. An infinity pool is shaded by palms and surrounded by loungers and you’ll find plenty of secluded seating spots with parasols and outdoor fireplaces. The real surprise is a second swimming pool, crowned with a Jacuzzi, on the upper terrace with a fab sunset view. Inside the feel is old Hollywood entertainment with a long fireplace in the lounge and a wet bar for evening cocktails. The long dining table is big enough to fit the whole group and sits in front of sliding glass doors with a panoramic city view. If you’re looking for a lavish spot to entertain a big group of friends or family, this is the home for you.
