Live like a Parisian at this homely apartment filled with original features, antiques and art. Located in the 6th arrondissement, this Old-World pad puts you in the heart of the city yet with the sprawling greens of the Luxembourg Gardens right on your doorstep. Less than a ten-minute walk to the peaceful surroundings in one direction, and yet only a fifteen-minute stroll from the Louvre in the other – perhaps a little longer, if you include the pastry and flat-white pitstops along the way. Surrounded by typical cafés, cheery bistros and a handful of gourmet restaurants, there's plenty to distract you en route. Back inside, where this apartment paints the perfect picture of traditional Parisian living with its charming fireplace features, striking pillars, lightwood flooring and wrought-iron balconies. We love how the home's hard, yet elegant interiors are softened by the warm leather brown sofa, period portraits and quaint decor. It's a beautifully rustic space with all of the usual mod-cons needed for a comfortable stay. Snuggle up on the sofa with a novel, draw yourself a relaxing bath in the freestanding tub, or catch up on work at the desk, before a night out on the town.
