Minutes from the sea, this stylish house is the perfect base for a family holiday in Whitstable. The seafront is lined with beachy cafés, seafood restaurants and good old fashioned fish and chip shops. Build sandcastles and paddle in the sea knowing it’s just a three-minute walk back to this home if you forget the sunscreen. The home itself is pristine white with cosy furnishings. The snug living room is set around a wood-burner and there’s an ample vinyl collection if you want to set the mood with the record player. There are board games a-plenty and books for all ages scattered across the bookshelves. The breakfasting kitchen is big and bright, with glass doors that fold back to reveal the cute back garden where a picnic bench is brightened by stringed lights at night. Our favourite thing about this place is the claw-footed tub, perfect for a bath after a day on the beach.
