Four minutes’ walk from the bustling roundabout and wide boulevards of Marquês de Pombal Square, this fantastic apartment sits pretty up on the third floor of a vibrant street. Despite these exciting surroundings, you’ll also find serenity nearby in the lush greens of the sixty-four-acre Parque Eduardo VII, a five-minute walk away. And for some relaxation and serenity indoors, the flat also has plenty to offer. In your modern, open-plan living space, a palette of creams, greys, white, and wooden features make the home feel calm. Despite being understated overall, you might come across quirky touches such as the ceramic mallard holding your kitchen utensils. And of course there’s classic, decorative Portuguese tilework for the bathroom floor. While the interiors are a delight, you’ll also love the huge set of double glass doors leading to your own private balcony. Pour a glass of douro and step out to admire the candy-coloured hues of apartment blocks across the street, as well as the selection of shops, cafés, and bars below – maybe you can pick somewhere for dinner tonight from up here on your perch?
