If you find it difficult to pick between beach breaks and city getaways, homes like this one are like gold dust. Located only thirteen minutes walk from the inviting sands of Praia da Frente Azul, guests can also be in the centre of Porto in just over half an hour, whether by car or on public transport. In addition, Espinho Casino is less than ten minutes' walk up the street and Oporto Golf Club is eight minutes' drive in the opposite direction. The interior of this address is more inspired by its proximity to the seaside, with cleansing white walls, wicker furnishings and the odd houseplant or two dotted about lending it the laid-back feel of a beach hut — albeit one with a dazzling monochromatic kitchen and super-sleek bathrooms. An added bonus is the patio area, which comes with rattan seats for basking in the Portuguese sunshine, a large parasol for when it gets too much and a barbecue grill so you satiate your hunger once all that lounging about starts to work up an appetite.
