Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Just a few metres away from the grand Avenida dos Aliados, Porto's most iconic street, you'll find this charming apartment. It feels a million miles away from the buzz of the city, and still retains much of its traditional character from the rustic wooden shutters and the stone walls to the exposed beams. You'll love chilling out in the spacious living area as you plan the day's activities, perhaps with a glass of the local tipple – port. Speaking of the city's most famous export, you'll find plenty of port houses within walking distance, where you can sample the drink and learn about its history. Make sure you take the fifteen-minute stroll down to the Duoro River too – you'll pass several landmarks on your way, such as Bolsa Palace and Porto Cathedral, and the views across the water are simply stunning.
