This charming apartment benefits from an open-concept plan that blends the dining area with the kitchen and the living room sofa with the tucked-away bedroom. Light hardwood floors, colourful pillows and a bright red wall add in personality, as do the geometric bathroom tiles and wicker accents. Fix yourself an espresso to enjoy on the sofa, then pick up some pastries to munch on around the dining table. When you return home at the end of the night, the grey sofa is especially inviting, and the bedroom feels like the perfect spot to drift off after a day on your feet.

At full occupancy, two guests will be on the sofa bed in the living area.
There's a highchair and crib available on request for those travelling with younger guests.
The bedroom is divided from the rest of the apartment by a glass sliding door – while there are curtains, it is not the most private if there are guests on the sofa bed.
You might encounter an issue with the shower here. It has been known to spray water onto the bathroom floor.
This home is well connected to public transit – you're a five-minute walk from Stalingrad station where you can catch metro lines 2,5 and 7 and you're just a thirteen-minute walk from Gare du Nord.

About Canal Saint Martin - Oberkampf
Canal Saint Martin is to Paris what Williamsburg once was to New York or Shoreditch was to London. This part of town still retains a certain grittiness that has been largely lost from the abovementioned counterparts - gentrification is undoubtedly on its way but the area still feels authentic and edgy so get there before this changes! You'll be rubbing shoulders with Paris's hippest young things, smoking and drinking outside...
