Surrounded by rolling fields and ancient woodland, this charming cottage is situated on a beautiful estate, with miles of public footpaths crisscrossing the countryside accessible from right outside your front door. Set back from the road, all you'll be able to hear is the crow of pheasants and the barking of deer travelling on the breeze. The home is beautifully presented, with solid oak floors, exposed beams and a wood-burning stove providing that cosy farmhouse feeling. Venture further into the home and you'll find two bedrooms with plenty of space for up to four adults. Both are blessed with en-suite bathrooms, incredibly comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and lovely views of the surrounding landscape. In addition to the scenic walks and cross-country cycle paths on your doorstep, there's also a delightful pub, The Malt Shovel, a stroll/short drive away. You're also surrounded by an excellent choice of eateries, including Gino D’Campo's three-storey restaurant, champagne bar and roof terrace in Harrogate, and the family-run independent pub The Bear at Carriages, both within a twenty-minute drive.
