This 16th-century townhouse is right on the historic High Street of Totnes, an easy walk from independent boutiques, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Both moor and coastline are within a few miles, with Dartmoor National Park only a twelve-minute drive away and the golden stretches of Broadsands Beach just a twenty-minute drive. Back at home, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed home whose historic ceilings and original features are complemented by contemporary furnishings. The kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals, and we especially love the oval dining table with a view of the street for entertaining.
