From the pops of red in the mirrored living room’s sofas to the kitchen’s beautiful conservatory, there’s an air of casual elegance here that’s been carefully curated for your relaxation. We love the private courtyard garden that’s filled with greenery – an ideal spot for starting mornings off with a cup of coffee when you’re not sitting at the window-side table over breakfast as the sun shines through the skylight. With three bedrooms, there’s plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some quiet time to yourself (especially with so many books to peruse) while sociable areas like the living and dining rooms invite joyful gatherings altogether. When you’re not soaking up the tranquillity of your sizeable home, go out and explore the sights. Take a stroll through Holland Park (a three-minute walk), shop for antiques along Portobello Road (a twelve-minute walk), visit Kensington Palace and Gardens (a fifteen-minute walk) or explore the South Kensington’s Natural History Museum (a thirty-minute stroll). This home is spread across three floors with no internal elevator, so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility
At maximum capacity, two guests will be sleeping on the third bedroom's sofa bed
The second bedroom has a trundle bed as well as a single bunk bed – we think this room is best suited to three children
Unfortunately, there's no TV here but there are plenty of books to enjoy
The dining room is located on the lower ground floor
There's no parking here, but we recommend skipping the car and making use of London's excellent public transport instead – Notting Hill station is a six-minute walk away

About Kensington
Affluent and incredibly central, Kensington is a great base for exploring London on foot. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are on your doorstep and so are the Victoria and Albert, Science, and Natural History Museums. The streets are attractive and well maintained (grand, white stucco facades aplenty) and your neighbours will be a wealthy, conservative set. Lots of positives but probably not the place to let your hair down.
