This recently refurbished barn is perfect for a countryside getaway in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. In the summer months, you can head out to the shared garden to cook dinner on the barbecue and sip on a Pimm's in the sunshine. Meanwhile, when winter rolls around it's all about hot chocolate on the sofa and cooking delicious meals in the quaint country kitchen. The home is full of rustic charm, from the classic farmhouse sink to the super-soft furnishings – think plenty of cushions and throws to keep you toasty on chilly evenings. Lovers of the great outdoors will find plenty to do in the surrounding area, with plenty of hiking trails and cycle paths to explore. If you're craving a day by the seaside then both Seaton and Lyme Regis are less than a twenty-minute drive away, and the local pub is just a short stroll up the road where you can indulge in a pint of the local ale. And, after all your adventures, there's nothing quite like returning home for a luxurious soak in the free-standing Victorian bath – fill it with bubbles, pour a glass of wine and enjoy.

About East Devon

The East Devon AONB has a rugged beauty all of its own, with canary-yellow gorse trees peppering its hills and rolling green fields punctuated only by the occasional country house. And then, of course, along the southern edge lies the sea, which crashes against the coast for miles, creating curving, white-sand bays beneath towering green cliffs. Take the coastal path the entire length of the shore, and you’ll come across...
