This penthouse apartment in a new development is geared towards the urbanite who wants it all. Inside the home itself, cleansing white walls and shiny wooden floors provide a simple canvas against which the colourful furnishings and kitchen tiling pop off. There's a large balcony accessed either through the living room or both of the bedrooms that looks out over the quiet courtyard, as well as plenty of communal perks in the building. A well-equipped gym lets guests squeeze in a morning workout and a cinema room is ideal for destressing at the end of the day, The local neighbourhood of Hoxton has long been known as one of the coolest in the UK's capital, with a whole host of cocktail bars, gig venues and independent boutiques to explore. However, it hasn't just abandoned tradition with this newfound popularity — Columbia Road Flower Market has run every Sunday for decades and can be reached in six minutes on foot. Similarly, the area has a strong Vietnamese community, with a great choice of restaurants three minutes' walk away on Kingsland Road.
