Sophisticated, minimalist and only a ten-minute walk from Fenway Park, this home is an excellent choice for first-timers and Boston familiars alike. We loved the use of clean lines and subtle accents of gold, contrasted against the concrete pillar, adding an industrial edge to an elegant space. The padded dining room chairs and well-appointed kitchen call for suppers that last well into the evening and comfy beds await when it’s time to call it a night. Begin your mornings with a new personal best in the on-site gym or take it slow and steady in the yoga studio. Why not practice your pinball skills in the games room before heading out for breakfast? The Back Bay neighbourhood, reached in twenty minutes via subway, is one of our favourites when it comes to eating out. Pick a street-side coffee shop to sip espressos and tuck into sweet French toast. From here, you’re a twenty-minute stroll to the picturesque Boston Common and just over fifteen minutes on the Orange Line to Downtown, where the Museum of African American History and Quincy Market await.

About Cambridge

Spread across the north shore of the Charles River, Cambridge is a separate city from Boston with its own distinctive character. Depending on the time of year, you’ll see wild turkeys crossing the streets and rabbits ducking in and out of front lawns. Students are similarly seasonal, though the institutions they belong to, most notably Harvard University, are perennial staples that form the heart of this small city. There’s an...
