The summers in Arizona get plenty hot and this apartment gives you lots of ways to enjoy this fortuitous climate. The home itself is bright and breezy, with a balcony on which to sit and look out over Tempe, but the building also has a communal swimming pool complete with a separate hot tub and plenty of loungers surrounding. An outdoor grilling area in the courtyard awaits for when it's too warm to be in the apartment's kitchen — which is a pretty large and well-equipped space in and of itself. Elsewhere, there's a shared fitness centre with a yoga and barre room, as well as a lounge and balcony for playing, working or just shooting the breeze with the neighbours. In the local neighbourhood, Tempe Beach Park is only a quarter of an hour's walk away, while ASU Art Museum takes just eight to reach.
