In the exciting heart of Tempe, this colourful little apartment is bound to brighten your day. Just a twenty-minute drive from Downtown Phoenix, there's a lot to love about it, from the far-reaching views from its Juliet balcony to the building's impressive amenities. A modern block with a few nods to the industrial aesthetic, you'd be forgiven for expecting the host to stick to a neutral colour palette inside. But this is Arizona and the yellows and blues evoke the state's famous skies. In the mornings, head to the shared gym for a workout or treat yourself to a swim in the outdoor pool. By evening, socialise in the courtyard or the guest lounge. Set above a supermarket, you'll have no excuses when it comes to cooking at home but it's a great neighbourhood for dining out, with all sorts of places on your doorstep. You'll be close to Arizona State University and just a fifteen-minute drive from Downtown and Tempe Beach Park on the lake.
