This home is what you get when you cross an apartment building with a holiday resort. Found in central Phoenix, the studio's interior is a mix of mid-century-inspired furnishings, pastel-coloured walls and statement lighting. Natural light streams in through the tall windows, which in turn, open up to a balcony with a view of the city's downtown neighbourhood. In and of itself, it would be a perfectly pleasant place to call home for a while, but that's before you get to the communal facilities in the building — of which, there are loads. Up on the roof, for instance, guests can take a dip in the pool or read on one of the loungers. There are also shared barbecue facilities up here for whenever you get hungry. Elsewhere, there's a fitness centre for when you want to get the endorphins pumping, as well as a lounge area complete with a pool table when you just want to kick back and relax. When you want to get out and see what Phoenix is all about, you can walk to the Japanese Friendship Garden in twelve minutes or go see a ball game at Chase Field, only twenty minutes away on foot.
