The ground floor of this new-build in the Montpellier neighbourhood is a great example of how to execute open-concept design successfully. Upon entrance, there's a zone for socialising, with a green velvet sofa and a chic glass dining table. This moves onto the minimalist kitchen, which has plenty of surface space and a sleek island for morning coffee. Carry on and you'll reach a glass door that opens out onto a large patio, decorated with conifers, loose stone and potted plants — a lovely spot for soaking up the sunshine.
