Downtown is a twenty-five-minute wander or a six-minute ride away, though there are plenty of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep, too – Washington Avenue is a two-minute stroll. Theatre lovers will be glad to know that the Guthrie Theater is just a three-minute saunter, while you're just a block away from the US Bank Stadium. After all that activity, head back to your stylish home and have a beer on the balcony or relax by the pool.
