This brand new home on the west coast of the Isle of Wight certainly can't be accused of not making the most of its seafront location. Spread across four floors, there are balconies on three of those that look out towards the Channel. For the bedrooms facing in the opposite direction, the sprawling Brading Downs can be spotted through the windows. As you might imagine with all these vantage points, the interior isn't short of natural light and this bountiful asset only draws attention to how well-appointed this house really is, from the colourful lounge and large blue kitchen to the soothing bedrooms and the modern bathrooms. When you're in the mood to explore, Sandown Beach sits just across the street and there are a handful of restaurants along the esplanade. Brading Roman Villa is only half an hour's walk away, too.
