Just along the coast from Broadstairs and by the cliffside promenade, this home is all modern luxury by the sea. It’s a short dander to Joss Bay where you’ll find a beach café on the endless golden sands. Apart from the swimming pool in the manicured back yard, the highlight of this home has to be the atrium-style dining room sitting in front of a wall of glass. It’s a super classy spot to gather the group over a good bottle of wine amidst the lush pot plants. After dinner, there are two living rooms to choose from – the formal sitting room with an upright piano and wood-burner ensconced in a minimalist, chic fireplace, or the cosy snug with its stove mounted in the wall and striking marble coffee table. A home gym allows you to keep on top of your workout schedule if you wish and a private swimming pool in the huge back garden. It’s not often we call a bathroom our favourite spot, but the family bathroom here is filled with bonsai trees and greenery, like a Japanese zen garden, ideal for a long soak in the free-standing tub.

There is driveway parking for up to three cars.
The loft level bedroom is designed for kids with two single beds and a playroom full of toys.
One of the guest suites is on the lower level, but guests here will still need to climb three steps to reach the living areas.
There is a limited number of sun loungers, so you may have to take it in turns using them.
As seen in the photos, there is no fence around the swimming pool. Please keep an eye on your little ones.
