With the sandy shores of Miami Beach just twelve minutes away, and high-end shopping and dining options of the City Center seconds from the front door, this apartment offers both natural and urban delights. Set in a glossy, modern block that stands out against the famous art deco architecture of this area, this home is sure to charm you and keep you entertained. The interiors match the exterior – a modern vibe with glass highlights and splashes of colour. Mid-century touches bring a vintage feel to the interiors, we love the 60s-style rug and record player in the lounge. But the real excitement is elsewhere in the building. For starters, you’ve got a convenient Trader Joe’s on the ground floor – the perfect excuse to pick up a bottle of wine, crackers, and a few dips. Enjoy your spoils on the private balcony on a sunny afternoon while you muse about what to do next. A dip in the pool could be on the cards, with its tropical foliage and huge swaying palms surrounding the crystal blue water. Or hop on the Peloton and beat your personal beat in the residents’ fitness centre (well, maybe tomorrow).
