At what point does an apartment building become a holiday resort? That's the question this wonderful complex in Fort Lauderdale poses. The home itself is rather impressive, with floor-to-ceiling windows making the most of the copious amounts of Floridian sunshine and clever design touches, such as the dividing wall on which the TV sits, maximising the space available. However, that's before you get to the shared amenities that guests are welcome to use. Up on the twelfth floor, there's a swimming pool and a selection of hot tubs, all with sweeping views of the local skyline. This can also be appreciated from the seating on the roof terrace, too. We also appreciate the shared fitness centre, which would rival most gyms when it comes to the number of machines. Stepping out of the address, there's a whole host of ways to fill your days. The Museum of Science and Discovery is only five minutes' walk up the road, while Las Olas Beach can be reached in just under ten minutes in the car.
