This home has a fantastic location – it's just over a ten-minute walk from Downtown Fort Lauderdale, with its stylish restaurants and bars. You'll also find the International Swimming Hall of Fame Museum here. Take a stroll down the red brick paving of Riverwalk along the banks of the New River and browse the array of galleries and chic boutiques of Las Olas Boulevard. If you fancy a day relaxing on the area's soft sands, then Las Olas Beach and Fort Lauderdale beach are a ten and fifteen-minute ride, respectively. Back at this modern home, go for a refreshing dip in the fabulous rooftop pool, or relax on the sun loungers in the Floridian sun.
