In the 17th arrondissement, you can get a much better sense of the real Parisian lifestyle. While you’ll notice some bohemian influence, there’s also an affluent quality to this area, which echoes the luxe offerings of this apartment. Just an eleven-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe – the gateway to designer shopping on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées – it’s still conveniently close to iconic landmarks, without the throngs of tourists. This duplex apartment is all yours – head up the winding staircase with its modern, industrial-style black bannister, and into a sophisticated, stylish space. Pale wooden floors and grey wall panels create a soft and calming decor for relaxing after a busy day exploring. In a similar vein, monochrome photography prints adorn the walls in every room, and plush fabrics and cushioned headboards also come in grey. We love the pop of colour from the bright-blue, velvet armchair in the lounge, but also from the verdant greens of the trees in the courtyard below you can see from the window. If you’re in need of yet more greenery, take a twenty-minute stroll to discover 2000 acres of forest and parkland at the Bois de Boulogne.
