Rustic charm meets Parisian elegance in this beautiful apartment in the city’s vibrant Marias district. With its wood floors and beamed ceilings, there’s an air of country charm here, but combined with the chic, contemporary furnishings and two-tone walls, you’re unmistakably in a sophisticated pad. We love the black and white photography that decks the walls, and the large French windows with their wrought-iron Juliet balconies. The separate dining area is a dreamy space that calls for soirées over locally bought cheese and a welcome bottle of wine, while the two bedrooms – one of which has a desk – are sumptuous spaces that invite a blissful night’s sleep. Factor in the modern kitchen and the rainfall showers, and you’ve got everything you need for a laid-back stay.
