Maida Vale’s affluent and sophisticated vibe makes it the perfect neighbourhood for a classy stay in West London. With parks and leafy, tree-lined streets as well as plenty of restaurants and cafés, you can enjoy a bit of nature and also the spoils of the city. Less than a one-minute walk from Maida Value tube station, this superbly modern loft apartment sets the tone for urban escapism. With high, sloped ceilings, white walls, and grey wooden floors, the living and dining space looks like a minimalist dream. But the host’s striking collection of art, trinkets, and a funky colour palette bring the home to life. We love the green, mid-century velvet armchairs by the huge windows. And the bright, patterned rug which brings the corner sofa into its own distinct, cosy space in this vast room. Even with these fabulous interiors, you’re going to want to head to the outdoor space – an entire roof terrace with views over West London. Spot the iconic red roofs and chimneys as you relax on the oversized bean bag, sipping gin and tonics until the sun goes down.

About Maida Vale
Leafy Maida Vale is one of London's most sought-after residential areas and for good reason. If you sidestep the tourists posing for photos on the zebra crossing made famous by that Beatles cover, you’ll quickly find what makes this part of town quite so special. Home to beautiful streets of white stucco houses, the very instagrammable canals of Little Venice, and lots of interesting places to eat and drink, Maida Vale residents certainly know how to live well. The BBC's Maida Vale studios means that many residents are bigwigs in the music and creative industries.
