Set within the exclusive coastal estate of Elmer and just a two-minute walk from a private beach, this is a home to stop you bang in your tracks. Bright, light, and breezy, just like a seaside home should be, the interiors are immaculate. Rich blue hues remind us the sea is never far away, while high-shine finishes and gleaming flooring (complete with underfloor heating to keep things toasty in winter) ramp up the luxe factor. After lazy days on the beach, kick off sandy shoes in the impressive galleried hallway. Then slide back the mighty floor-to-ceiling bi-folds to enjoy alfresco barbecues on the lawned gardens fringed by woodlands. On cooler nights, take things inside for large sit-down dinners in the dining room – the made-for-action kitchen makes cooking a joy. And when it's time to crash out, there's plenty of space to all spill out here, with a separate garden room (which also handily doubles as an office area) that kids will love to claim as their own. When you're ready for the great outdoors, open the garden gate leading through woodlands to the fields beyond, and away you go.
