There's something satisfyingly simple about the interior design in this first-floor apartment. The colour palette sticks to muted greys and whites, which only serves to accentuate the copious amounts of natural light that comes in through the tall windows lining the living area. The furnishings are generally Scandi in style and we particularly like how the bay window has been utilised to create a chic dining nook, which feels like it could easily belong in a trendy cafe. An added bonus is the sheltered balcony and seating to the rear of the property, which catches a lot of sun throughout summer days. No more than two minutes' walk away, there's a good choice of bars and restaurants in the centre of Poulton-le-Fylde, which has fifteen listed buildings in its conservation area. There are further adventures to be had in nearby Blackpool as well, which sits about ten minutes away in the car.
