Converted into an apartment in 2017, this apartment in the centre of York is a shining example of contemporary interior design. The space itself has been cleverly designed to make the address brighter, with skylights dotted liberally about and an internal window in the master bedroom looking out to the eye-catching chandelier in the living room. Both the granite worktops in the kitchen and the textured tiling in the bathroom are as sleek as they come, while the presence of a private patio area with bistro-style seating is welcome — especially when the English summer behaves itself. If that's the case, there are plenty of historic attractions on your doorstep.
