There's a timeless quality to this home, just a short walk from the city centre. Part of a period terrace, it's as pretty as a picture – both inside and out. Giving the option of letting the youngsters have their own living space, it's a handy arrangement made possible by the kitchen extension. In this modern space, you'll have an excellent, fully kitted-out kitchen (hello range cooker!) and a dining area that opens out to the charming little courtyard. In the summer evenings, it's the perfect spot for dinner and drinks outside. With two good size bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, we didn't think this warm, welcoming home could get any better. But it can – you're welcome to bring along your pet too.
