Head up there at sunset and take in panoramic vistas over Philly’s skyline before heading out to sample the local cuisine – a Philly cheesesteak is obviously in order. If you’re in town at the right time, Frankford Avenue’s galleries and studios open to the public on the first Friday of every month. Elsewhere, leafy Palmer Park is four minutes away on foot while historic Independence Hall is an eight-minute drive away.
