Industrial chic doesn’t get much cooler than this beautiful apartment in Philadelphia's trendy Callowhill neighbourhood. Dazzling with natural light thanks to the enormous Crittall-style windows that give way to striking views over the city, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into the hippest pad in town. From the beam light fixtures to the colourful modern art on the walls and stylish contemporary furnishings, this space is made for relaxing and soaking up the city. We love the open-plan layout here with the bed sitting right by the window, ensuring wake-ups are memorable whether at sunrise or while drifting off to the twinkle of the skyline’s lights. There’s a desk space here too should you need to catch up on work, but with so much to see and do around you, we suggest less work and more play. Enjoy a sunny stroll through the Rail Park (a five-minute walk away), visit Philadelphia City Hall (a ten-minute walk), get your fill of science at the Franklin Institute (an eighteen-minute walk) and be sure to catch some live music at one of the countless venues right on your front step.

The Declaration of Independence was signed here, as were the Constitution and the Gettysburg Address. With endless national sites of importance, from colonial buildings where founding fathers gathered to discuss the state of the colonies, to...
