In a great spot in popular LoHi, this home is set over three floors and has top-notch views to prove it. With a high-end finish and a location just a stroll away from some of the area's best dining and shopping destinations, it's a home-from-home with plenty of room for a family or a few friends. There's a lot to love about this place but far and away its most striking feature is its rooftop terrace – with far-reaching views across the city. A dining table, sun loungers and outdoor easy chairs make this space impossible to leave in the warmer months when all you'll want to do is light up the grill, read in the shade and enjoy drinks as the sun sets. But that's not all there is to this home. We love its spacious, modern kitchen, which flows through to a dining area and a lounge – complete with a gas fireplace for the winter. Just off the kitchen, a small balcony offers another great view, while on the ground floor, a small, screened garden provides another outdoor space outside one of the bedrooms. Walk downtown in roughly half an hour by crossing the Platte River at the famous Highland Arch Bridge, or stay in fashionable LoHi for excellent eateries, indie breweries and family attractions.
