Modern, bright and stylish, this recently renovated Crouch End flat fills the first and second floors of a gorgeous Edwardian townhouse in one of North London's most sought-after neighbourhoods. Despite the flawless refurb, the flat retains a couple of original features that point to the history of the building, including an original (ornamental) fireplace and an elegant bay window, so beloved by Victorian and Edwardian architects. The open-plan living space contains a sleek kitchen and breakfast bar, cosy seating area and an elegant mid-century-inspired dining area. For cosy nights in, nothing can top watching Netflix in the separate TV room, with its vast screen and lounge chair. Elsewhere on this floor, you'll find a master bedroom with a comfy king-size bed and chic en-suite bathroom. Up on the top floor, there's a twin bedroom, with the option to unfold the sofa bed for additional sleeping space, making it ideal for a couple of adults or up to four children. Finally, a family bathroom completes the home. The local area is filled to the brim with cafes, young professionals and plenty of dogs. It's got a villagey feel with the added bonus of being in London, so there's always plenty to do. Nearby, you can enjoy a leisurely Sunday stroll up to Alexandra Palace in around half an hour. When you want to explore further afield, Hornsey station is a twelve-minute walk, with direct trains to Moorgate (near Shoreditch), stopping at Finsbury Park and Kings Cross en route.
