Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This cosy Barcelona pad ticks all of our boxes, that's for sure. It's got plenty of Spanish charm – think colourful floor tiles, Juliet balconies, tall windows and leafy potted plants – yet there's a contemporary, bohemian feel that brings the design to the 21st-century. The first thing you'll notice is the impressive art piece hanging by the dining table, followed by the woven tapestry that cleverly hides the TV when it's not in use. It's the perfect space to hang out after a day exploring – listen to music on the vinyl player or Bluetooth speakers, share a bottle of Spain's finest wine around the table or lounge on the sofa for a Netflix movie night. When the weather is nice, step out onto the balcony and watch the hustle and bustle on the street below. In town on business? The separate study space has a custom-made desk perfect for working from home. And the location is top-notch, too. Eixample is famous for its old-town Catalonia charm. It has something for everyone, from art galleries and lively bars to delicious restaurants and open-air markets. Add in the proximity to tram stops and metro stations and you couldn't ask for a better spot to be.
