Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This apartment has a lovely homely atmosphere with its array of palm and weeping fig plants. Our favourite features here include the intricate woodwork detail in the living room and the unique oversized bamboo headboard in the bedroom. Whip up some churros with hot chocolate for breakfast in the modern kitchen after a workout in the communal gym, then open up the French doors to one of two balconies and get some fresh air. When you're ready to explore, head for tapas in Plaza de Olavide (six minutes on foot), then watch a performance at Teatros del Canal, a sixteen-minute walk. Or admire the mansions and browse the chic boutiques on Calle Zurbano, a seven-minute stroll. It's a few minutes more to Sorolla Museum, the former home and studio of artist Joaquín Sorolla. Alternatively, if you're looking for some peace and quiet, visit El Retiro Park, just over a twenty-minute saunter from this lovely home.
